This session is for your staff to understand how their culture influences their values, beliefs, expectations, and leadership styles, and how they make an impact in the workplace. Drawing from a framework on cultural dimensions, participants are introduced to cross-cultural communication. They make comparisons between the values and communication styles. They see the differences side by side and understand how those differences can hinder their daily interactions with their coworkers, lead to misunderstanding instructions, affect efficiency and even cause work-related injuries.
