Our initial conversation is an opportunity to assess your company’s needs and to understand what you wish to accomplish. After the assessment, we can advise you on the best approach to use such as employee surveys, moderated dialogue, or training sessions.
We customize our training and develop it after an initial needs-assessment consultation to understand what recurrent issues need to be resolved and what objectives managers want to accomplish. Listening is at the core of what we do. There is not a cookie-cutter approach. We facilitate a process for change and transformation with participants’ input that standard training cannot accomplish.
Three different training sessions are offered.
- Training for employees with a focus on American culture.
- Training for managers and employees on non-American cultures.
- Training for mixed or diverse teams on intercultural communication and leadership.
